As part of a large, cross-functional team, I helped shape Walgreens’ omnichannel digital ecosystem by leading the design and evolution of scalable banner and template systems across holiday, promotional, and educational initiatives. The work was built to flex across tactics and channels while maintaining consistency, speed, and creative quality at scale.

In parallel, we developed highly personalized mobile interstitial experiences, including decision-tree functionality that dynamically surfaced relevant product recommendations and seasonal gifting ideas. As a creative lead, I partnered closely with art, design, and technology teams to align strategy, execution, and feasibility—ensuring ideas translated seamlessly from concept to launch. My role also included rigorous testing within proprietary platforms to uphold performance standards and deliver polished, reliable creative experiences.
